Deshalb ist es unsere Vision, eine ruhige und friedliche Atmosphäre zu schaffen, die dir ermöglicht, eine Auszeit zu nehmen, immer mehr bei dir selbst anzukommen und im Hier & Jetzt Frieden und Leichtigkeit zu finden.

Keine Frage, es ist schön, zu wachsen – zu einem noch tieferen Erlebnis wird es jedoch, wenn wir gemeinsam am Wachstum anderer teilhaben können. Deshalb möchten wir als Team inspirierende Impulse für deine persönliche Reise geben, frischen Wind in deinen Alltag bringen und dich dazu ermutigen, alte Glaubenssätze und Muster loszulassen und neue Perspektiven zu entdecken. Dabei verstehen wir uns gleichzeitig als Impulsgebende und Lehrende und genauso als Lernende – eine endlose Quelle der Inspiration füreinander.

Das WIR ist unsere größte Energiequelle. Wir legen Wert auf eine Community, die von Wertschätzung, Vertrauen und Liebe getragen wird. Einen Space, in dem wir uns begegnen und mitteilen können und das Gefühl haben dürfen, Teil von etwas zu sein. Eine Community, die sich nach ganz viel SOL anfühlt – nach Licht, Wärme und Leichtigkeit.

Unsere Passion ist es, einen Raum zu schaffen, in dem Wellbeing ganz individuell aussehen darf. Deshalb legen wir als Team großen Wert darauf, ganzheitlich zu denken und unterschiedliche Ansätze miteinander zu verbinden. Mit verschiedenen Practices und auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen möchten wir dich dabei supporten, dich von innen heraus zu stärken, wieder mehr bei dir anzukommen und einen Flow zu finden, der sich für dich gut und richtig anfühlt.

OUR FOUNDER

I founded SOL because I truly believe that love and peace are the most powerful sources to cultivate change - and the ability to tap into this state of awareness lies within everyone of us.

Journaling, yoga, meditation and personal development have left a huge impact on my life. Throughout the years, I've participated in seminars and teacher trainings, get to meet so many inspiring individuals, delved deeper into my practice and evolved into a yoga teacher and mindfulness coach.

My journey have allowed me to live a more balanced life, nurture inner peace, feel more joy and find myself surrounded by the most amazing and inspiring humans.

Having witnessed the impact of modern spiritual practices on my life, I felt a calling to embark on a new journey and to make them more accessible to others. To open up the space for feeling and healing. A space for a community to grow and step into the awareness of love and peace.

From the beginning, I knew that this would require a modern, holistic and non-dogmatic approach that makes inner and outer healing possible. And so the idea for SOL was born.

SOL is a space of light. Since I spend most of my 20s on the ocean side in the south, I wanna create this kind of vibe and aesthetic cause it has always been the most healing and inspiring surrounding for me. In this atmosphere I wanna meet you to immerse yourself in different practices and events to connect with your most authentic, free self and find the SOL inside of you.

I know that the path to your inner light is highly individualistic, so I don’t wanna share guidelines - I wanna share experiences. Experiences to feel and heal - but also to care and share. I learned that beside mindfulness practices, it was always the community around me, the connections to other human beings, which inspired me the most and helped me to believe in myself, feel ease and growth.

It was always this spark inside so many humans around me that keeps warming me up, again and again.

I know that so many humans have so much wisdom and love to offer. Thats why SOL is also a platform for every person, who feels like offering their heart project and passion. My vision is to co-create magic with you to make the world a more brighter und peaceful place.

The SOL inside of you will always embody love that’s true. And love will always be the answer - so let the light shine through.
